Leslie McKinney, MD, FACEP is the Senior Medical Director for Blue Cross NC Advanced Primary Care and Value-Based Provider engagement. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Medical School and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. She has been a leader in various positions throughout her career and prior to joining Blue Cross NC led the development of WKCC a physician led ACO in Wake County.
