When you hear the words buffalo cauliflower, your first thought may be how can buffalo cauliflower even compare to buffalo chicken?

Buffalo chicken is a classic American flavor that can be adjusted based on a person’s taste buds. Do you like it mild, hot, or 5-alarm? Some people may bypass buffalo sauce and go for a dry rub but, buffalo cauliflower is becoming a popular favorite that challenges our favorite wings.

For those of you who may be skeptical, I say give it chance. You may even question whether or not that was really cauliflower (you just ate). It’s that delicious!
