BCBSNC Holiday Hours for December 2014 and January 2015
It’s the time of year when many of us are celebrating the holidays. And at BCBSNC, we’ll be taking a few days off to do just that. In the mean time we will still be offering extended hours throughout the ACA Annual Enrollment Period.
Please be aware of our holiday hours, listed below. These hours apply to Provider, Individual customer, and Group Commercial.
Christmas:
• Wednesday, December 24 – close at 6 pm
• Thursday, December 25 (Christmas day) – closed
• Friday, December 26 – closed
• Saturday, December 27 – closed
• Monday, December 29 – Open normal hours
New Year:
• Wednesday, December 31 – normal hours (8 am – 9 pm)
• Thursday, January 1 – closed
• Friday, January 2 – normal hours (8 am – 10 pm)
