Expanded Customer Service Hours During 2015 Annual Enrollment Period

As you might have heard, the Annual Enrollment Period for 2015 is here. To better serve our customers, we’ve expanded customer service hours. You can use the chart below to determine when we are open.

Expanded service center hours will continue as long as we are experiencing high call volumes, through February 15, 2015. On February 14, 2015, we will be open until 3pm — we will be closed on February 15th.


Mon. – Wed.

Thurs. and Fri.

Sat. (closed Sun.)

Individual Member Service Hours

8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Group Member Service Hours

8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

8 a.m. – 9 p.m.


Provider Service Hours

8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Call centers serving the Federal Employee Program, North Carolina State Health Plan, and Senior Market customers will keep their normal hours of operation.
