Another Private Exchange Opens for Business in NC

Get ready for more options when it comes to choosing your annual health benefits.
BCBSNC is launching its first private exchange for North Carolina employers with at least 51 employees. Beginning Sept. 1, the exchange lets employers select up to four different medical plans to offer their employees from a menu of 18 plan options.

Last year, private exchanges for North Carolina employers were announced by the N.C. Chamber, Digital Benefit Advisors, and several large benefits consulting firms.
