This quick snack will fuel you up and keep you energized for the day ahead. 

Here are the ingredients you will need: 

  • 2 cups of whole grain instant oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1½ cup shredded coconut (sweetened or non-sweetened)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Put all the ingredients in your bowl.  Mix together until ingredients have mixed well.  You know you have done so when your arm starts to fatigue!  Put in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or tin foil for an hour.  Remove from fridge and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.  Keep refrigerated when not enjoying.
